Legal Notice
| We particularly like to
emphasize that we are not an organisation, club or company etc. but
private motor bikers. We liked the idea of a "Deauville meets
Deauville", so much that we wanted to support European Deauville-Riders
and Friends in realizing the idea of a European meeting. DmD is no regional-meeting of groups, Clubs of a country! DmD is a European-Countries-Meeting of the DmD-Community! This is why we help you out with lists of accommodation and interesting links on the internet so you can easily plan your way to Pec pod Snezkou as well as information about parking there for probably a lot of bikes. On the basis of the grown attendance and the costs for renting the event-hall, costs for material, tips... , It was decided by the DmD-Team to raise a nominal-money / start-money in anticipation. The nominal-money covers following costs: 1. Costs for the buffet on the Honda Deauville Night (not the beverages) 2. Costs for the reception on the second-day-evening, (1 beverages free) 3. Oganisation costs, bank-dues, postage rates, telephone-dues, name-cards, tips, small gifts, DJ, office material, leaflets broadly and for tours |

| As in previous years, there is a chance to take part in guided tours, but there is no guarantee of getting a tour-place. If you take part in guided tours, this will be at your own risk and no liability is assumed! |

What we also cannot and will not do is take responsibility or liability concerning the meeting in Pec pod Snezkou whatsoever (not for you, your partner, for your bike or for our organisation). With your registration you accept this limitation. | So your flexibility and own engagement is expected! See your participation as a holiday trip with own responsibility and at your own risk as well as the opportunity to meet many other Deauville-Riders from all over Europe. | |
Registration Rules
Starting with DmD-2008, a nominal-charge is to be paid by the participants. The nominal-charge, covers the following costs:
organizational
costs, the costs for the first, common event (Reception), the costs for
the common event "Honda Deauville Night"(Disc Jockey, Buffet, Hall-rent
...). On arrival, you need to pay nothing more, besides your own travel
expenses.
Please pay the nominal-charge within 30 days.
We must delete your registration otherwise. Your place then is released
again for others!
The nominal-charge for the DmD-2011 amounts to 32€ Euor per participant.
If
you should not be able to come despite your planning, and you cancel
before the 20. May 2011, you will get back the nominal charge minus 13 Euro per person.
If you cancel after the 20. May 2011, no repayment of the nominal-charge takes place!.
