No rooms free in Domain Lou Capitelle February, 07. 2012
To find a place for all participant in the Region Ardèche not easy. We must make compromise and we found a vacation resort in Vogüè. The disadvantage we must order a fix number of rooms and we have to pay 50% of the cost after booking! The DmD-Team can't take this cost befor the Meeting start!
We have booking 84 rooms "standard" (reserved for us until end of december, after that the rooms will be available for Lou Capitelle)
If you make your registration you can book the room (see Price information), you use camping place (inform us in the registration form), or you will find self a hotel or B&B. If you booking a room in the Domain (Resort) Lou Capitelle you have to pay 50% of the cost latest December, 15. 2011. The rest of the cost you pay direct to the Domaine Lou Capitelle at the Depature day.
If we need more rooms than we can booking more but we must give this information to the resort middle of November!
To reduce your own risk, make a contract with a Travell-Incurance.In Germany over ADAC is possible.
